I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms offer a beautiful view of the garden and are quite comfortable, but the service could use some improvement. I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The charming neighborhood of Kyoto where it's located is just delightful, and being very close to trains made exploring so convenient. The traditional Marche products in the dining area were a real treat, but I did find the room a tad bit lacking in terms of the view of the garden. Nevertheless, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall with great value for money.
